Kanban Pro is a real-time collaborative kanban board. Create workspaces, invite team members via shareable links, and manage tasks across customizable columns. See who's looking at the board right now with live presence indicators.
Every action — moving a card, editing a title, assigning a member — syncs instantly across all connected browsers via WebSocket rooms. No refresh needed. Drag-and-drop cards between columns. Assign team members to cards. Add status, ETA, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Cards support @mentions that trigger push notifications. Filter the board by assignee, status, or search text. The "Launched" column auto-caps at 10 cards with an expand toggle to keep the board fast.
Kanban Pro is a Pro app on ProAppStore. It uses the ProAppStore SDK for authentication, real-time features, and data storage. The source code is available on GitHub.
