Why does Pro cost money?
Running cloud infrastructure costs real money. Every Pro app gets its own database, file storage, and real-time servers. These cost us per-user, per-month. The $5 subscription covers those costs and funds platform development.
We don't run ads. We don't sell data. We don't have investors pushing for growth-at-all-costs. The subscription is the business model.
For developers
- Don't gate features behind payments. Every feature is included with the platform subscription. There's nothing to upgrade to inside your app.
- Don't show in-app upgrade prompts. The platform handles subscription and billing centrally.
