The Short Version
ProAppStore is a marketplace for premium web apps. You pay a subscription to access Pro apps. Developers publish apps under the platform rules. Don't abuse the platform. We can remove content that violates these terms.
1. Acceptance
By using ProAppStore (proappstore.online and its subdomains), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.
2. Accounts
- You sign in via GitHub OAuth. Your account is linked to your GitHub identity.
- You are responsible for your account and everything done through it.
- You may delete your account at any time from the Dashboard. Deletion is permanent.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Pro access requires a paid subscription ($5/month or as listed).
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime from the billing portal.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us via GitHub issues.
4. For Developers
- You retain ownership of your app code and content.
- By publishing on ProAppStore, you grant us a license to host, distribute, and display your app.
- Do not add separate per-app checkout, in-app upgrade prompts, or hidden paywalls unless the platform explicitly supports that flow.
- You are responsible for your app's content, compliance with laws, and user data handling.
- We may remove apps that violate these terms, are abandoned, or harm users.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Upload malware, spam, or harmful content
- Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
- Abuse platform resources (excessive API calls, storage, compute)
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download platform content
- Circumvent rate limits or access controls

7. Intellectual Property
- The ProAppStore platform (SDK, CLI, backend, store site) is open source under the MIT license.
- Individual apps may have their own licenses set by their developers.
- The ProAppStore name, logo, and brand are our trademarks.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantees. The platform runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We may perform maintenance with or without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss, downtime, financial losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform. Use at your own risk.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
