TimeTrack is a time tracking and invoicing app inspired by Harvest. Start a timer or log hours manually against any project and task combination. Switch between day view (entry list with inline editing) and week view (spreadsheet grid with daily totals).
Organize work by clients, projects, and tasks. Set billing rates at the project, task, or user level. Track budgets with visual progress bars.
Log expenses with categories (including unit-based pricing like mileage), attach receipt photos via R2 storage, and mark them billable. Create invoices from unbilled time and expenses, add tax and discounts, record payments.
Run reports by client, project, task, or team member across any date range. See total hours, billable hours, and billable amounts. Export to CSV.
TimeTrack is a Pro app on ProAppStore. It uses the ProAppStore SDK for authentication, real-time features, and data storage. The source code is available on GitHub.
